I uploaded a video to showcase the suite’s beautiful garden patio— perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee before the kids wake up. The short walk to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. What a wonderfully appointed hotel with welcoming and accommodating staff. We will definitely be back!
Such of beautiful, clean and quite place where you can really feel like you are in Holland, the personal is exceptional, very kind, sweet and well educated and they make sure you will not miss a thing while your staying. Very clean rooms, amazing design and easy to access even with a lot of baggage, I highly recommend Benedict Noordwijk.
This is the very first time I have ever felt compelled to share a negative experience. I had previously sent my feedback to the hotel but never received a response. There were two mayor problems: Lack of hygiene which is unacceptable for this type of accommodation (dirty cutlery, stains on one towel and bloodstains of the linen of two of the four beds). Everything was changed the next day and cleaned up, and I was told I should have called the number for emergencies. I had to experience the second night that the emergency number did not even worked for a real emergency. The way the fire alarm in the second night was handled showed mayor security deficiencies. - There was visibly no staff member to alert the guests and to help evacuate the building. I would have needed help with my elderly and disabled mum as the elevators did not work in case of fire alarm and the stairways are so narrow. - Nobody ensured that all guests and staff were accounted for at the assembly point. - After we had left the building and gathered ourselves in the reception area there was still no information about what was going on. I spoke to several guests who told me they were trying to reach the emergency number but nobody had answered. - The firemen arrived and left but there was still no staff member to tell the customers what was happening. - Without any information from the staff the guests finally returned to their rooms when the firemen had left. At least at this point a person responsible should have been there to explain that everything was ok and we were safe to return to our rooms.
