I was very pleased with my stay, your front office staff were just amazing, professional, ready to help and friendly. The venue was breath taking, clean and very conducive to business. The only thing I would like to see improved in the restaurant closing time, 21:45 is too early, especially for room service. All else was perfect, thanks Liv
The hotel is very beautiful! The rooms are stunning , super comfortable, with an amazing view on the pool and beach. The hotel is very well kept and the staff was very professional especially at the SPA. The food was good 7.5/10 but we were disappointed by our steak from Vino restaurant. It was way too cooked and tasted like charcoal , definitely not worth $85. The breakfast was great and reasonably priced as opposed to everything else in the hotel. I recommend eating outside the hotel, we spent $350 for 2 meals for 2 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing . Editing the review: How did I forget to mention this!! It was my birthday and the staff took the time to decorate the room and provided delicious treats, a card, and a candle. It was beautiful and so thoughtful. Thank you so much
This Sofitel is sumptuous and deserves its 5 stars. The rooms are large, cozy, and clean. Service is top-notch all around. The food is succulent. Amenities like the gym and spa are a must go. The gym had excellent equipment. The ladies at the spa were welcoming and did a change of nail polish quickly and perfectly.
