Benjarong Hotel Bangkok

I traveled to this area for business and chose to stay here, booking 7 days in advance at a reasonable price. There’s a zone for drinks like tea, coffee, and water with unlimited refills. They don’t offer laundry services, but there are self-service options for washing and drying. The staff at the counter is really nice and respects guests' privacy, not getting in the way. However, if you need any information, you can ask them anytime, and they’re always ready to help during your stay. This time, it seems like the layout of the amenities has changed, and I'm not sure what happened!

The rooms are great. But our air-conditioning is not that cold. The breakfast is absolutely awesome though the variety is not much. My booking is around 1500THB for 2 people. So it's a good price and I absolutely recommend it.

I stayed here for 4 nights. I booked this hotel because of a promotion and its proximity to an MRT/BTS station. Pros: * Near MRT/BTS station. * I booked a standard room, but the receptionist upgraded me to a deluxe room. That was very nice of her. * The deluxe room was quite nice, with a big window and a sofa. It was comfortable for a single person, but in my opinion, it would be quite small for two. * The neighbors were quiet. Cons: * It's far from the CBD, so it took time to travel every day, and I mostly had to change lines when using public transportation. * The toilet was very small, smelly, and seemed not well-cleaned for a new guest. 😅 * The gym was very small and not usable; it looked more like a decoration. * The receptionist didn't provide any guidance or introduction about the hotel facilities or special offers from the Hub Nam Thong bar. * The Hub Nam Thong disappointed me when I visited around 9 PM. I planned to have dinner and a drink. The waitress gave me the food and drink menu but didn't mention any special promotions until I asked. She took my order, but right after, a lady (who looked like a supervisor) came to apologize because the kitchen was closed! 😅
