Bentley Hotel Bosphorus

I had a fantastic stay at bentley hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. A special thank you to Zuha, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience. She was always available to assist and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

I had a very average experience of the hotel. Air conditioning in the suites wasn’t working and the excuse given was that the lounge ac unit works best and to leave bedroom door open. Many people came and no one bothered to fix. Upon arrival I asked for an extra bed and they said none were available on property and no blankets were available aswell.

Not Worth 5 Stars This hotel is nowhere near a true 5-star experience. The lobby had a bad smell, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The elevator was tiny and slow, and the room was extremely small and poorly maintained. Overall, it felt more like a 3-star hotel at best. Definitely not worth the rating or the price.
