Benvenuto Hotel & Conference Centre

A great venue for a conference including overnight stop. No pool though and coffee is not that great. Food is really good

I was here only a few days, in general the hotel is adequate to the price and the service is helpful but I lowered the rating because of the old infrastructure, my room closed with difficulty and the hole of the lock in the frame held only on one of the two screws, which caused that the door despite closing moved and a strong jerk could tear out the lock hook, in addition the door protection that should work independently from the lock (emergency hook) also barely held - on one screw. So you couldn't feel safe. Overall, I was surprised that this hotel has 4 stars.

The location is good, although early morning traffic is horrendous getting there. Conference facilities are lacking a bit. To avoid confusion about the meeting rooms, I would suggest numbering them and putting up clear signs showing the way. Catering wasn't well thought out. People were sitting at tables allocated to other groups, again creating confusion. They ordered halaal food from outside, but no separate crockery/cutlery were supplied for halaal staff.
