Berenbell Vineyard Retreat

We had a fantastic stay at Berenbell in the Hunter Valley and would highly recommend it. Ken and Suzie were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and made us feel right at home. My wife and I stayed in a one-bedroom cottage that was quiet, comfortable, and tucked away in a peaceful setting. There were thoughtful touches like homemade muffins, a great selection of breakfast options, and a complimentary bottle of red wine waiting for us when we arrived. The views from the cottage were beautiful, with the Brokenback Range in the distance and kangaroos often hopping by. The location is perfect—close to many wineries, restaurants, and local attractions. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we had such incredible time, the owners are so sweet and helpful, the view is wonderful and very quiet place to slow down, every part of the room is very clean and tidy, I loved the simplicity of the breakfast, that you can cook yourself specially the homemade muffins, the fire place as well ie very helpful as in winter is very cold in Hunter Valley. It is close to all of the most activity places. Very greatful for the time that we had there:

Beautiful location and outlook from a lovely private cottage with tasteful furnishings and a very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean and very inviting. There was a slight hiccup with the hot water system on our first day, but our attentive hosts responded immediately and the issue was resolved promptly. We had a very relaxing stay and loved gazing out at the view with a glass of wine from the bottle thoughtfully provided by the owners. Would definitely recommend a weekend at this charming retreat.
