We liked the location and the room was decent, but several issues made the stay less comfortable. The self check-in was confusing—no clear instructions were given, and we had to contact the property ourselves. The hotel is quite small and not ideal for elderly guests or small children—our room even had stairs inside it. Also, the air conditioner was placed in a hidden spot and didn’t cool the room well, so it stayed quite warm. If you’re booking, it’s worth asking about the room layout and ventilation in advance.

Nice hotel but good luck if you want to talk to someone. I couldn’t even leave my luggage after check out. It would be helpful to have at least someone reply to messages, especially for tourists who can’t make international calls…

Worst experience ever. Never book this hotel! There are no servicedesk at the hotel and you will not see any employees. Is all going by phone and they are not approachable and very kind. Thry seem to help multiple people at the same time and hang up when you tell them to get back to the conversation. I made additional costs of about 30 euro due to the long phone calls and it took me hours before I could enter the hotel. It seems they have hired people and they try to help you from distant. And the worst part is, when you get the pass code for the door, the door doesn't function well. There you go! Another hour staying outside. Never book this hotel. Worst experience and bad service. Not worth it!
