Very clean and modern hotel room in an ideal location in the new town. Only a 10 min walk to the carriage to go up to the old town. Right on the shopping street with good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was a good size and very tidy.

Zero stars - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Avoid at all costs — this place is a scam, not a hotel. Booked via booking.com. Prior to arrival (and following a direct payment to the hotel via their internal portal - which by the way is against booking.com policies), I pre-warned them of our late check in to ensure I would be able to access my room! I was subsequently bombarded with multiple phishing messages demanding bank details or facing cancellation. Upon arrival, after a delayed flight, the self-check-in system was COMPLETELY BROKEN leaving us stranded at a locked door with no one to support or assist and no emergency number to call. An hour of futile attempts, unanswered calls, app downloads, and error messages later, we were left stranded at 2:30AM in an unfamiliar city and forced to pay out of pocket for another hotel. The customer service? Abysmal. Rude, dismissive, and blatantly dishonest — they blamed us, refused a refund, and then marked us as a NO-SHOW in order to double-charge via Booking.com (no show fee). This is FRAUD, plain and simple. I paid twice for a room I never entered and am still chasing a refund weeks later. Absurd and appalling. Steer well clear unless you want your trip ruined, your money stolen, and your sanity tested. Shame I didn’t read the reviews beforehand - many people having the same dreadful experience! Beware and steer clear!

Its a ”hotel” of nightmare. Absolutely terrible. Stay away. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. BARELY 1 star!!!!!!’ Here are the facts: - When I arrived the code for the premises and the room didn’t work. Even though it should have been activated. Tried to contact the service phone and called constantly for 45 minutes. No answers just an answering machine with music. Finally got them to open the front door after all the calls. But now now the door to the room didn’t work. Had to start to call again but they answered at least after 10 minutes. And they activated the code but had to wait. So all in all it took almost 1 hour to get in to the room. Absolut disgrace. - The bed is absolutely horrible. Like a wooden plank. Must be the cheapest they found. - The A/ac doesn’t work but it wasn’t even any inflow of air so the oxygen was eliminated after 2-3 hours. So had to open the window in the middle of the night not outside was a outside fan creating noice so had to look for my earbuds in the middle of the night. Luckily I had them with me. - Suddenly in the night the dead A/C wakes up and creates a horrific high sound. Like an airplane in the room. But still no air flowing in despite this high noice. Couldn’t stop it so just had to wait it out and finally after 5-10 minutes it stopped. Terrible. - The safety box didn’t work and requested if they could fix it approx 15 minutes after I got in to the room arriving day. Still 2 days after no sound a from them and they didn’t fix it. Didn’t work the stay. Really poor service. It’s the worst ”hotel” I have ever stayed in over my frequent travel for 35 years. It’s a horrible place and a hotel of nightmare. Stay away from it.
