One of the best experiences at mountain hotels. Recent spring visit absolutely exceeded our expectations. Fresh, local, healthy produce, amazing meal quality. Friendly and attentive staff in all areas of the hotel. Fantastic quality of all services. This place is on top of our list of places where we want to return. Absolute bliss!
This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. At the check-in we recieved a warm welcome. The lady at the reception told us we recieved a free upgrade to a junior suite. Upon arriving at the room we where treated to a very big room, with an ensuite bathroom and a magnificemt view of the Dachstein mountains, we couldn't believe our eyes. This was only the beginning of a wonderfull stay. From start to finish we had a great time and relaxed so much. The staff in the hotel is mega friendly and very cheerful. We want to especially mention Johanna and Aron who where our hostess and host during our stay. The where very kind and had great skills regarding hosting etiquettes. They made our stay extra special. The food is tremendous and there is lots to choose from, at the breakfast, afternoon and in the evening with the 4 course diner. All the food is very fresh and of high quality. We were given a table with a very nice view. The restaurant is very spacious, it doesn't feel busy at all. At the hotel there are als e-(mountain) bikes for rent, we used them a lot. Twice a day there are guided tours from the hotel, hiking or e-biking. We can highly recommend these. Especially if you go for a walk with Tina, she is a wonderfull person and takes the time for het guests. With our stay the Sommercard was included. It was a fantastic additon to our holdiay. We rode the cable arts up to the mountains and used the public transport as well, it's all included! Overall we highly recommend to visit this hotel. We will defintely come back here. Thijs & Eve
My time here was better than I expected. The view from the hotel is amazing and the spa facilities are really top notch. The food and the service were great as well. Go!
