The hotel was great, the location was very central and easy to make it to all the major attractions in Bergen. The staff were very helpful and were willing to provide recommendations. We found the room to be in order, small but big enough for us both and all our luggage. The bathroom was small and the layout of the shower meant water did not stay within the shower capsule, but this did not bother us. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was simple and offered everything that we expected and needed.

I got to say that there is a big problem with hotel. The rooms as so tiny you cannot fit bags in it. There are no wardrobes at all which is crazy! When I say small, i mean really tiny. Not more than person fits in the room and there is literally no place for bags no matter how small they are. If you are coming for several days, not recommended at all. The shower doesn’t drain well so you flood the entire bathroom which is not very comfortable. Regarding the staff I found them friendly and helpful although I didn’t interact with them a lot. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Best for sure location,which is nice but doesn’t justify staying as the rooms are claustrophobic. So, not recommended, search for alternatives of possible.

The location was really nice but the rooms are like a cubical!! It was claustrophobic and stuffy. The rooms were pathetically tiny and we chose a standard double room. The breakfast was mediocre. Every day I tried having breakfast, they had run out of food!! The staff was super rude and nobody even attempted housekeeping for the two nights I stayed at this hotel. When I asked at the reception at 12 pm regarding room cleaning, the lady was rude and she said that the cleaner knocked and I didn’t respond!! If I’m not in the room how will I respond?? I don’t recommend this. The price is decent but the rooms are wayyyyy tooo small!!
