All the staff was really lovely and kind! They were outstanding at all times! This hotel offered an excellent location, fantastic food, a great wellness area, and warm water outdoor pool and beautiful views. We rented a electric car and had problem with charging, staff help us to use employees card to charge our car, we are willing to pay but the manager said that you are our guest and you deserve it. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed and appreciated, thank you very much for all the service

I don't think I will ever leave a review that I could say better things about than this hotel. It's truly a small piece of paradise and a glimpse of heaven. The views are stunning, the staff is the greatest group of people, and every single one that we interacted with were genuinely kind and helpful. The rooms are incredible, comfy, high quality, and leave nothing to be desired. The spa is wonderful, the pools are fantastic, and they will even pack you a lunch for the next day to take on hikes or whatnot. This is the second time we have stayed here, and will definitely not be the last. It's a special place, that has not been matched by anywhere I have ever visited, traveled to, or stayed. Last time we came it was snowing and was beautiful. This time we came in summer and it was beautiful in a whole new way.
