Berghotel Ronach

The hotel is amazing. The owners, Christine and Fabian, are incredibly sweet and hospitable. The waiters and waitress are also very cheerful and friendly. The food is incredibly varied and delicious. The breakfast is extensive, and every dinner is unique. The spa area leaves nothing to be desired.

Beautiful hotel! Quite. Peaceful. Great rooms. Great room service. Constant temperature of shower water. Multiple sauna's. Swimming pool inside. Plenty of activities for children. A great hotel dog. Close to everything. Like krimmler wasserfall, Kaprun hintertux etc etc etc. Waking up at 1600m altitude with cowbells in the background is something different. It is magical. 5/5 would recommend for sure!

We got a last minute room with half pension and could not have been happier. The triple room was plenty big for our small family and the third bed was quite large and comfortable. This is a great family run hotel that has been receiving guests since 1898! The whole staff was very warm and welcoming. There is a nice pool/sauna/solarium that is perfect after a day on the slopes as well as a kid’s play room. It is a bit secluded (3km past Gerlos pass valley station) but serviced by a ski bus at convenient times and it is nice to be away from all hustle and noise. Breakfasts were nice but the dinners were excellent! Three courses (soup, salad, appetizer) are served buffet style with great taste and variety (particularly the appetizers). The main courses are not large but very well prepared and presented (we enjoyed fish, cordon bleu and beef short rib/flank steak). The desserts we perfect (mango/pistachio panna cotta, nutella knödel, apple mousse) and really fun in how they were presented. The food really exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to return!
