A true paradise for dog lovers… and for those who love beautiful places! An absolutely fantastic and charming place — the only truly pet friendly hotel in Seefeld, offering respect and simplicity in every detail. Too many hotels advertise themselves as dog friendly for marketing purposes, only to reveal countless restrictions. Here, it’s the exact opposite: the welcome for dogs is authentic, natural, and harmony truly reigns. The setting is enchanting, the décor tasteful, the bedding exceptionally comfortable, and the cuisine simply delicious. Bravo to this wonderful family for creating a warm, refined, and genuinely pet-friendly establishment full of charm. An unforgettable stay! 🐾✨

A classic Alps resort with superior attention to details. Food is amazing, a great experience every dinner. Breakfast is comprehensive of everything you can think of. My wife and I have been regular customer for the latest 33 years, winter and summer. We came here like this January 2025 as a couple, with small children, with not anymore small children, with friends and dogs. Every time there was something for everyone. Staff are attentive and caring. In particular Gabi at the restaurant and Jean at the bar. This year we were surprised by a new lounge that enhanced the experience. If you are new to the hotel, please ask staff to show you the facilities: even on a bad weather day you will never be bored at the Bergresort with indoor and outdoor pools, SPA, saunas, gym, relaxation room etc. When we discovered this resort it was called Tuemmlerhof. It maintained the classic atmosphere but every year it adds something to modernise. It’s a gem! We have already booked for summer !

Positive aspects - very friendly cleaning ladies and poolboy - nice garden for dogs to play in - rooms can be cleaned when your dog is still inside. They leave a nice treat for you and your dog. - You get a personalised door hanger to inform the cleaning staff about your dog. - breakfast buffet is very good; definitely order fresh orange juice - evenings with live music - 5 course dinner of your choice. We had very good and very bland dishes. It sometimes seemed like there were different chefs on different days. One that could season very well and one that had never even heard of salt and pepper before. - towels at the entrance to clean/dry your dog - nice pool area with outside areas in which you can bring your dog too - quiet at nighttime - very good freshly made omelette at breakfast, but we also didn't know this was included in the price at first. - At breakfast you get some info on paper about the local events. - Alessandra seems to be the only one who is capable of running the reception. Negative aspects - sometimes the reception was very slow and seemed unmotivated - rooms: we booked two edelweiss double rooms for the same price. We got one renovated room and one old room, which I think is not fair. One couple got to spend time in a luxurious room with a bubble bath and the other one in a classic, older version. The left side of the bed was worn off and made so much noise! - no airconditioning. The older room was boiling hot (august). We brought our own fan since I was pregnant, but it Was still so hot in the room that we could barely sleep - the older room had old curtains: we woke up at 6am every morning due to bad curtains - the older room had some strange noises, I think it Was a pipeline in the wall somewhere - my sister ordered a hypo allergenic room in advance, which was possible according to the booking, including special sheets. She got a fully carpeted room? Luckily she was able to switch this after complaining. - rude waiter in the evening after dinner in the bar, except for Martin: he is very friendly! With the other one: I ordered 2 different drinks in 2 nights. Two times he told me this was not possible, although it was mentioned on the menu. Why is it on the menu then? - afternoon 'lunch' is always the same, except for the choice of soup - apparently you had to make reservations for the dog restaurant more than a month prior to your arrival. The head of the restaurant bluntly asked me if I still wanted a reservation just for fun. I told her that it would be a nice experience. She simply answered that she doesn't make reservations there for fun, only if your dog misbehaves when it's alone in the room. Like what the heck. I found this extremely rude since she was really laughing at me while answering this genuine question. - limited info about what is included, what is allowed with dogs. You get a brochure, but it would be easier if it was explained briefly at the reception: in the brochure all these areas are named, but we had no idea where to find them. - no mocktails on the menu - one of our family members is lactose intolerant. This was already mentioned in the booking. We had to repeat this every morning when ordering dinner and still she got dishes with cream in it. - My family often noticed that the lettuce was not rinsed properly. Therefore I didn't dare to eat any raw vegetables anymore since the risk of toxoplasmosis was too high. - When we wanted to pay for the extra charges for drinks, one couple was charged 2000 euros, while the room was already paid for. Their bill was 120... I can't believe such a huge mistake was made at the reception. So overall, the administration and information is chaotic. Luckily Alessandra solved all the problems that were made earlier. Service depends from person to person. Quality of food differs from day to day. For dogs, a great place.
