Bergrose Hideaway

Amazing time at this wonderful family owned hotel. Every part of hotel has been thoughtfully developed. Very beautiful landscapes around, great dining areas, a small boutique shop, carefully created spa and more. I went as part of a large cycling group and they catered our every need. Kind, helpful and always with a warm welcoming smile.

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the hotel. The location is so peaceful and relaxing, we had a lovely view from our balcony and enjoyed listening to the sound of the stream that runs along the garden. It was very quiet in the hotel because of the time of year, so most of the time we had the spa to ourselves which was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation room that looked out onto the stunning views and also the little reading nook/ window seat in our room. We spent most of our time out exploring the local area, Lake Wolfgangsee is very close. The family/staff were very helpful and Bettina in particular was a friendly host. We enjoyed breakfast every day, and only ate in the restaurant once but the food was delicious! The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The only thing that would improve things a bit would be some tea making facilities in the room and possibly a small fridge, but that is coming from 2 tea-obsessed brits that drink it round the clock. We would happily come back here again.

A nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and dinners. Great view form the room. Useful storage at the back of the hotel for bicycles.
