Great host (Nadia)! Super Friendly staff and great hospitality! The pool is big and warm and the sauna and steam rooms are amazing! Good food too. Highly recommended!!! Beautiful views and nice paths for little hikes also.
Was traveling through the black forest and booked the room online about 20 min before arriving. They offered me a complimentary sparking wine while I waited for them to find my reservation. The room was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. The only complaint was that WiFi was only available in the lobby area and was unbearable slow. If you don't need Internet for your stay I would highly recommend this hotel!
I ate twice here. First time was amazing. Really good food and great service from the single waitress with a full room of tables. Second time was less good. Still good food, but the two waiters didn't seem interested in actually serving the tables.
