I had a wonderful stay at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a stunning view overlooking much of the city — including the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, with access to a well-equipped gym and a large swimming pool. What I appreciated the most was the thoughtful daily in-room service: four bottles of mineral water, two packs of snacks, and two bottles of soy milk — something my child especially enjoyed! It was such a nice touch that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Another big plus is the hotel’s unbeatable location — directly connected to the Berjaya Times Square shopping and entertainment complex, which made dining, shopping, and exploring super convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

I recently stayed at Berjaya Times Square Hotel in Kuala Lumpur for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience overall. Location (5/5): The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, directly connected to the Berjaya Times Square Mall and just steps away from the Imbi Monorail station. It made exploring the city super convenient. Room (4.5/5): The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all essential amenities. The view from the higher floors was simply stunning, especially during the night. Housekeeping was regular and professional. Facilities (4/5): The hotel offers a nice gym, a large swimming pool, sauna, and steam room — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Some areas could use minor renovation, but nothing major. Service (4.5/5): Staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Food (4/5): Breakfast buffet had a decent variety, with local and international options. The taste was good, though a bit repetitive after a few days. Value for Money (5/5): Considering the location, room size, and amenities, this hotel is definitely worth the price. Ideal for both tourists and business travelers. ⸻ Final Verdict: I highly recommend Berjaya Times Square Hotel if you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur. It offers comfort, convenience, and great service at a very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are comfortable but outdated. Pillows too fat. Air con needs upgrading, very hard to set temperature, very loud and some parts of the room were too cold and others too hot. Can hear other guests through the walls at times. One very bright window in lounge room with no curtain, this was annoying as it woke up my kids. I think we got a free upgrade though because they didn’t follow our bedding request online. I found the staff nice but very strict about things like not being allowed out to the pool without your room key or not being wet when you return from the pool but also not being allowed to take towels to your room. Breakfast looks impressive at first but there are many dishes for Indian and Asian tastes and not enough for westerners. It’s vegetarian too so definitely no bacon, hash browns or cheese. They have an egg station but their process for toast is very odd, there’s a guy standing behind a grill who controls the selection of the toast, then instead of just letting you put it through the toaster, he grills it for you, which takes ages, then he cuts the toast in half. I found this process very odd. Location was great, being in the mall was convenient. Massive hotel with 650 rooms is hard to feel welcoming though, very busy which makes the lifts slow. The lobby has an overpowering herb smell. Pool is not pram or wheelchair accessible. No happy hour at the pool bar. Reception wouldn’t take our credit card on Apple Pay, we needed the actual card and didn’t have it so had to pay cash deposit. Two different grab areas, this can be confusing. Two small kids pools and one giant adults only pool but no one follows the adults only sign, which didn’t bother me as I have kids. A bit of a walk to attractions, we got a lot of grabs. Great location with the mall right there!
