Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa

I stayed at Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa for a few days while visiting Istanbul, and overall, it was a decent experience. The location was really convenient, close enough to Taksim to get around easily but not so close that it was overwhelmingly busy. The room itself was clean and comfortable—nothing too fancy, but I had everything I needed. One of the highlights for me was the sauna; it was well-maintained and genuinely relaxing after a long day of walking around the city. The pool, on the other hand, wasn’t great. The chlorine smell was really strong, so I didn’t end up using it much. The staff was kind of hit or miss. Some of them were super nice and helpful, while others seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable. Breakfast was pretty good, with a bit of variety each day, which I appreciated. All in all, it was a good spot for a short stay. Nothing mind-blowing, but comfortable enough for exploring the city without any major issues.

The worst place to do massage we paid €65 for front and back massage for 45 minutes. The girl that make me every 5 minutes is going outside to see his baby and come back again. She make me only back side massage not front. Total from 45 minutes she make me only 28 minutes because is going and come back again every 5 minutes. Near is the pool a lot of shout there you go there for relax no to hear voices. And i say to the hotel and told me we make you discount. Terrible custome service

One of the worst experience in a long time. No water in the hotel for a night and morning. Air conditioning broken .when we report the problems the manager basically says nothing is true. The staff is not very friendly Very poor quality hotel and service
