Berlin Golden Beach Hotel All Inclusive

The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and the food is great. It's well balanced with vegan and non vegan options . Buffet style but there is also an a la carte restaurant. There are only 2 complaints : 1st the meals are time rationed. You get a bracelet ( green or blue ) whether you wish to eat early or late respectfully. And the meal lasts for one hour only. You cannot come during the other group's time. That's great for a couple but for a family with small kids it's just a rush hour, because kids take time to eat. Also you just should not time your meal like a military barracks. The second complaint is that the Hotel advertises amenities like gym and indoor pool which it doesn't have. It has a spa which isn't included in the price even though we got a gold all inclusive packet. And the spa isn't even in the hotel . You get there by bus. So it's a hassle. Anyways we like the hotel for what it is and Bulgaria has decent prices in general.

The service was very good. The staff is very friendly and respectful. The rooms are always nice and clean. The major downside is the beach that doesn’t have enough sunbeds. You have to wake up at 7 in the morning to catch one, otherwise you won’t have anywhere to stay. Also people tend to “steal” the sunbed you’ve sat on when you leave to eat.

Overall it was nice, kids friendly, very good animators. The sunbeds were reserved in a proportion of 90% from 7 in the morning and remained reserved until the afternoon, although they were only used for 2-3 hours, although one of the rules of the hotel was not to be booked for more than 1 hour in the absence of the customer, this rule had no repercussions and no one respected it. As a result, families with younger children who managed to leave the rooms later had to sit on the towel. The food was ok, you had a lot of verity but it leaked taste.
