Very suitably located with tons of restaurants, access to public transportation, shopping and lots to do in walking distance. The staff here were incredibly helpful and accessible whenever needed. There gnats in the bathroom when I checked in, but they were able to take care of them. The water is potable and safe to drink. Very modern and spacious room but the bathroom to me was small and dated. They have lots to do on premises too - tons of restaurant and bar options and even a cigar room. The lobby itself is huge and accessible to use whenever.

It is a beautiful hotel. The people are welcoming and the food is amazing. The only thing is that, the air conditioning on the room, was like fixed and you couldn't try to get the room colder. Now, for me this is very important as it mean the we get to have a quality sleep. The lady of customer service contacted me saying that they don't have the regular air conditioning and instead they use a water based system, this for ecological reasons, even though I am all for ecology, I think the air conditioning is vital in order to have a better experience, it will make the difference in people wanting to sleep. Thanks

The hotel itself is beautiful—stylish, well-located, and with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights: fresh, varied, and well-presented. Most of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and professional, which makes it even more disappointing that the overall experience didn’t live up to the Marriott name. What really concerned me were the hygiene standards. Some details made me feel uncomfortable about how thoroughly the rooms were being cleaned. The bathroom towels, for example, didn’t seem freshly handled—they had an odd smell and texture that made me question how they were being managed. The drinking glasses still showed watermarks, and the bed sheets—though carefully arranged—looked like they might have simply been straightened rather than fully changed if they appeared unused. This raises real questions about the hotel’s internal procedures. I don’t believe the cleaning staff is at fault—on the contrary, they seemed rushed, stressed, and clearly working under pressure. I noticed they didn’t have proper cleaning carts and had to carry everything by hand across entire floors, which looked exhausting. When staff are expected to clean a high number of rooms without the right tools or hourly pay, it’s no surprise that hygiene standards drop. It’s a shame, because there’s so much potential here. But for a brand that charges premium rates, the standards should reflect that—not just for guests, but also in how they support the people doing the work. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it in good conscience.
