Berlin Park Vitosha

Very nice hotel, nothing fancy but for the price you pay it has everything you need. Air conditioning was not sufficient and made sleeping a challenge but the window opens so that helped! Having a kettle and a fridge was great. The bed was comfortable but there were a lot of stains on the pillows and mattress. Overall a comfortable stay but don’t expect luxury.

Room cleaning felt like we had to chase them even though the label was on the door. Breakfast was very rushed, on the clock, everything was out of sight. The gym was mediocre, not sure on cleanliness as I got very sick after attending once. The gym owner was very rude as well. They also had really loud events in both halls that did not accommodate sitting in the lobby. Bar in the basement was alright as long as you don't mind the awful smell of cigarettes. Good location and mediocre service.

Good location but the hotel overall was really bad. The problem mainly is with the rooms , I booked a deluxe room . Air conditioning is really poor it doesn’t cool the room , if you plan a visit in summer you will get fried in the room. I thought it was a problem from air conditioning we reported to a technical person but after visit they said everything is okay . People at reception desk are really unhappy and uninterested. Towels in rooms were really dirty.
