I stayed here for 3 nights and the service was seriously amazing. Everyone was so helpful and super nice. They even helped us call taxis and gave us great recommendations for places to visit around Trabzon. The hotel’s location is good it’s close to everything, about 10-15 minutes to the Meydan, and also really close to the airport. Their cleaning service was excellent, which made me feel even more comfortable. Overall, they made our stay so easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place!! A special thank you to Maysara, a worker at the hotel who’s Syrian and spoke Arabic. He was very helpful, kind, and guided us around with great patience
Good hotel but location is a bit change and not rounding activities or market. One plus point for this hotel , staff is super friendly and helpful
The building was quite nice, it was comfortable and newly renovated, however (BIG HOWEVER) new residents didn’t have changed sheets (from previous occupants) it was obvious that someone else had already been in the bed. When asked to change the sheets, staff gave ME to change the sheets from previous occupants and after I changed the sheets, used ones were not even taken out of the room for two whole days. The cleaning lady cleaned the toilet first and with the same cloth (without washing it) wiped sink and tap. The food (breakfast) was average at best. Going there again would be my hell…
