Beryl Palace Hanoi Hotel and Spa

I loved this hotel! We stayed in 3 different rooms due to our trips and they were all clean,with everything we needed and A/C (delux,quadruple suite city view and superior rooms) The staff was lovely and we call the reception a couple of times and they helped us straight away. I recommend it!

Location is excellent as staying in old quarters all are walkable and accessible. For service the day staff are very courteous and nice however the night staff were very rude and non friendly Room size and lobby is very very disappointing... they are very small. Though rooms are neat and clean but size is unexpectedly super small with no balconies or outside view also. You will be lucky to have a window if atvall you have. This is rated as 4 star but not sure how basis the amenities.. however for the location and some courteous staff marls on. The morning breakfast menu for veg is also very limited and whatever is there also is not good... :(. If u are a vegetarian.. be prepared to carry se food or survive on fruits and salads.

The staff were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left my purse in the breakfast room and we were going on a cruise for a couple of days so they held it in their safe for me as we were coming back to stay a couple more nights. The breakfast was great but the staff need more training as they constantly ran out and we had to ask for them to fill the dishes instead of them checking on a regular basis. But the room and bed were comfortable. No great view but it was quiet at night. They do need to do some upkeep as the bathroom shower curtain was old and the drain in the sink was very slow. On the whole we would recommend this hotel for their location and the friendly staff.
