Great location, in old town region, 3 minutes walking distance to train street. Delicious breakfast, room is very clean. Best of all is their customer services. From the welcome drinks and cold towels to freshen up, to free manicure for all the guests who stay here. the most outstanding customers services I've ever experienced. From doorman to kitchen staff, every one carries a smile and greats you with care. Recommend this hotel to all people who plains to travel to Hanoi city👍👍👍

Our stay at this hotel has been thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Mei, who greeted us with genuine warmth and grace. She was attentive and thoughtful throughout, making sure we felt comfortable and well cared for. Her sincerity stood out and it never felt like routine hospitality, but something personal and kind. The rest of the staff have also been helpful and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. We’re truly grateful for the care we’ve received and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be welcomed by Mei too.

This was the last hotel we stayed at in Hanoi, and the service was unbelievably good. When we arrived, the staff helped carry our luggage. During check-in, we were even offered candied fruits to snack on. They introduced nearby attractions and provided a small map to help us get oriented. There was even complimentary nail polish available! The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with different dishes served over the two days we stayed. Most importantly, there was someone like a personal concierge who helped us with everything we needed. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a designated spot to place fresh clothes when showering (at least in the double room we stayed in), but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommended—we're so glad we ended our Vietnam trip at this wonderful hotel.
