Excellent! We had a great family trip. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The room was huge, beautiful and spotless. The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend. Very clean hotel.

Stayed for a long weekend with my teenage family, hotel is very well located with most places in easy walking distance. Our family room was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, quiet and luxurious. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Staff are pleasant and present but didn't particularly add to the stay.

The main highlight of this hotel is the location since it is in Lisbon's shopping street. Other than that, everything else is very basic. Room size is standard and the room is quite bare. While the experience is not bad, it did not add any value to our stay in Lisbon. The staff is the lowlight. They are cold and not the friendliest. They don't make any efforts to interact with the guests, especially those at the reception even if you pass by them every single time. During our 4-day stay, no one greeted us. Our check out time was very early in the morning because of our flight and we asked for help with our luggages. We called the reception and he said he can't help us because he is just alone. Still, he ended up helping us which we appreciate. While it is not his fault that he is the only staff at that time, this isn't really the kind of service you expect from a 4-star hotel. For the same value, there are better hotel options
