Best apartment on Sauran Towers

I had a great stay in YE'S Astana for 10 days during the holidays. Checking in/out process was very fast. The hotel was very clean and modern, and location-wise, it's conveniently close to the Botanical garden, EXPO Grounds and Mega Silkway, which I believe are some good spots to hang around especially for tourists like me. Everything I need for my stay was already in my room - stove, kitchenware, microwave, fridge, washing machine, iron, and even a drying rack. There's lots of shelves, cabinets and drawers too. Had no problem with the internet. It was consistently fast and they provided both hotel and room wifi. There's also a minimart downstairs if you ever need to make some quick grocery. Overall, I really really enjoyed my stay here. Didn't have any problems at all. Staffs are very helpful and nice too! (PS. Please request the room with the view of the botanical garden!! It's simply spectacular👌)

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Asem, in particular, went above and beyond to address any issues I had.

Nice, modern, well designed and well serviced hotel with a Costa Coffee chain on the bottom floor and an overpriced convenience store as well. The Wi-Fi was the fastest we had in Central Asia. The kitchen was simple but enough to do some home cooking. One strange design flaw was that there was no AC! The summers get pretty hot so I'm not sure how comfortable the hotel would be during hot spells. Our room was too hot but they gave us a fan which helped. Cleaning and free water are only given every three days.
