Best Cambrils

It was a good stay at the hotel, we didn't face any problems. The rooms are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work. If you have a room overlooking the highway, it will be difficult to open the balcony door to get some air in, as the air conditioning won't work because the cars will disturb you and make it difficult to sleep. The food was good and varied.

The experience you get from this hotel will fully depend on who you are. English will not have a great time. Spanish guest get better service. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to ask about whether they had allergy lists above the food due to me and my daughter both having an allergy to peanuts, I never received a reply. We noticed the use of nuts on on certain foods but with no labelling at all! The food was good but a very poor choice for children. The entertainers in pink shirts were great. You have to get your own umbrellas if you want to sit outside, something they don’t tell you, I only worked it out from watching others do the same. What is included in the all inclusive is confusing and we had to ask many times. Overall we had an okay stay but hoped for better with it being my kids first time aboard.

I stayed here with friends from 26/5/2025 for 5 days. Absolutely terrible hotel! This is definitely NOT 4 star, I don’t know how they can call themselves that! Reception staff very rude! Basic room with no iron/ironing board! No kettle. My friend asked for a kettle was told we had to rent it! Are you serious?! No welcome pack in the room. Not even a box of tissues. We found a huge cockroach in our room. Phone didn’t work! AC didn’t work either! Food was absolutely atrocious! Had to eat out every day! Spending extra money! Absolutely terrible hotel! Would never recommend to anyone. More like -1 star! Wasted my money!
