From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with traditional Turkish coffee and treated to a breathtaking view of Aksaray. The hotel’s shisha café is a must-visit for those who enjoy a smoke, providing a cozy, authentic atmosphere. And the breakfasts—unforgettable! Every morning starts with a spread of fresh bread, flavorful tea, and an incredible selection of cheeses. The traditional Turkish breakfast here is truly a feast that lingers in memory. Very rude reception, they refused to let us in case we have luggage, pretty smart one. So unprofessional

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I arrived, I found out that they had canceled my booking without telling me and sold my room to someone else for more money. The receptionist was rude and didn’t care at all about the problem. It was clear they had no respect for their guests. If you want your trip to Istanbul ruined, go ahead and book here. But if you want a good experience, I recommend finding another hotel. This place cares only about making money, not about its guests.
