Best Price Castle Hotel

Very good hotel and nice staff, amazing.

Good service, clean rooms, pleasant vibe. Location is not far from the center 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. Next to the supermarket and other supply stores. Staff is very helpful and polite. Exceptionally good price/quality ratio.

We stayed here for 2 nights. 1st night was horrible (0/5), we were given VIP room (spacious). BUT It was dirty, filthy and super smelly and burnt carpets all over. To top it up all, there was no AC in the room. We checked-in only at 11 pm and since it was late at night and no other option, we had to continue our stay. There were other room available however staff was reluctant to shift our room or provide any solution. Next day when staff was changed at reception, we mentioned our experience to front desk at time of check out and Ms. Zara was helpful enough to change our room to standard room and better rate.
