Best Quality Hotel La Darsena

This charming place is set right by the Po River, featuring a lovely shared terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast while overlooking the water or relax at sunset. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet still within easy reach of Turin’s main attractions. Getting around is simple—just hop on bus 67 (€2) and get off at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, from where most sights are just a short walk away. The hotel is also only a 15-minute walk uphill to the Castello Reale di Moncalieri, where you’ll find a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a fresh, comfortable bed. Overall, excellent value for the price and friendly service. Thank you!

Mmmm. The rooms were high quality, luxurious, comfortable and quiet - 5 star. Great view of the River Po - 5 star. However, the staff were prickly, with endless fiddling with their computer at the front desk, not looking at us, and lots of rules for us to follow. We felt like naughty children just being there. Not welcoming. Also, no restaurant and no bar despite having suitable rooms designated for this purpose. Breakfast was good however. 3 star reflects the staff attitude and approach.

7 euro to park your car on the hotel parking overnight, ...why? Everything was perfect, nice room, good breakfast, good hotel overall. We arrived at 11 PM, the parking in front of the hotel was full, we share this at the reception and asked to park our car in the inside parking, at checkout the 7 euro fee... you should really remove this unexplainable fee, as it makes no sense at all...
