Best Western Air Hotel Linate

This review is an addition to a This review is an addition to an earlier review as this is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. This place is impeccably clean. The staff is astonishing. They try to make every aspect of our stay very comfortable. I recommend this hotel. From the moment the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport to check in at the desk and threw out our stay and for our peculiar questions and request. And the restaurant staff for the most part were excellent. The food and the restaurant was great. And if there was a particular accommodation that I requested, it was met. I enjoyed working with Silvia, Sonia, and I cannot remember the name of the rest of the staff, but they were well trained very courteous And I would stay here again. PROFESSIONALS!!!!

This is a great place for a night or two. Free shuttle to the airport is very handy. The front desk staff are very professional. The breakfast is wonderful. Local breads, cheeses and deli meats. Fresh fruit, yogurt, non-dairy and gluten free options. Coffee bar and fresh squeezed orange juice available on request. Typical Italian cakes and pies. Really a nice experience. Rooms are clean. The only real problem is people smoke in their rooms and the smoke seeps into the rooms at all hours. Very frustrating that a non-smoking hotel means you can choose not to smoke.

Great service, as can be expected from a BW hotel. Tip: call the hotel for a ride from the airport Metro station (at the kiss and ride entrance) to go to the hotel. A taxi will not bring you, because it is too close to the airport. Excellent breakfast, not too expensive. Very friendly staff.
