The hotel has tidy clean rooms with cosy beds and clean bed sheets , AC was perfect and working efficiently. Modren decoration of the room moreover the bathroom is spacious clean and equiped with contemporary sanitaries and most highlighted of this hotel is good housekeeping of the rooms , friendly and respectful staffs , thanks to their rapid response in the fixing of the breaking down of electronic lock of the door relevant of my room. Regarding the location its good since it takes roughly 12 or 13 minutes walking until u reach to the HARAM , but for elderly people it needs to utilize golf cart service that are available to transport the guests from the hotel to the main street and vice versa since the hotel located in up hill But negative thing that I noticed is bad management of golf cart service
This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in! The location is on a ridiculously narrow street and the golf cart is never available to take you to the main street!! The staff are incredibly aggressive and blatantly lie about the golf cart service with luggage!!! Not a single person offered to help us with our bags, even though we had a pregnant woman with us, and they flat out refused to assist us with our luggage. The rooms are uncomfortably small!! I cannot stress enough how terrible the staff is!!!! This hotel is a complete disaster and I would give it a 1-star rating!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs ❌❌
My recent stay at Best Western Ajyad Hotel Makkah was disappointing. The reception staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, which left a very negative first impression. Customer service is a key part of hospitality, and unfortunately, it was lacking throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were below expectations. The cart service from the hotel to the designated location was poorly managed and not reliable. Additionally, the housekeeping service was pathetic—rooms were not cleaned properly, and basic hygiene standards were not maintained. I expected a much better experience from a hotel under the Best Western brand, especially in such a significant location like Makkah. Definitely not worth the value for the price paid.
