Best Western Blu Hotel Roma

Excellent value for money. Large well-furnished room, large bathroom, convenient location with easy access to public transport that will get you to the Roma Tiburtina railway station in 5 minutes with several bus, metro and train connections. Courteous, professional and helpful staff.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the mistreatment I experienced from your staff during my recent stay. Some of your employees were rude and disrespectful, and I was asked to leave the breakfast area in an offensive and humiliating manner. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not befit a respectable hotel. I am greatly disappointed and demand an official apology and immediate action to improve customer service and staff training. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your hotel after this terrible experience. I hope you take my feedback seriously to ensure the comfort of your guests in the future.

I have contacted by mail info@bluhotelroma.it to report the bad experience in the hôtel as explained during check out. In the bathroom there were some insects as show in the vidéo... Besides, there were a lot of noise of young student in the corridor doing party until 4 am without interruption from security of hôtel !!! I have received no answer since 2 months after many demand of follow up... It is not professional at all to have any apologize or even answer... I m really disappointed from this Best western hôtel in roma... They give a bad image of the brand...
