Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late but we were able to order food by telephone before the restaurant kitchen closed for our children. The included breakfast was also varied and tasty. The bathroom was a little narrow but very clean and functional.
I was here for 4 days during a business trip. Loved all about the location, food and staff!
Old communist era hotel in Arad , Romania that Best Western took over. Very expensive for what they have to offer. Gloomy look on the inside and outside. Room just ok because is very outdated .Shower is very small and the hot water was just tepid warm. Breakfast was bad causing a stomach upset. Interiors of the lobby and restaurant are kept in the dark to save on electricity. Staff very friendly and thats the best part. Hotel looks like it has an absentee owner or general manager that who does not care about the hotel customers. Location is close to downtown. Sorry but I will not recommend this hotel. Avoid this hotel on your way out of Romania or on your way in into Romania.
