Our suite was great. Comfy bed. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. We were there for a wedding and booked a group and they put us all mostly on the same floor. Breakfast was included in the group rooms. Location was ok. Would recommend.
We were happy with our room. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. The breakfast provided in Smitty’s was great. We are Best Western members and their hotels continue to provide excellent accommodation for a reasonable cost.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the front desk staff during my recent stay . The staff member I interacted her name is Mabell i think she was rude, aggressive, and lacked basic communication skills. Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a paying customer, l expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, which was clearly lacking. I hope the hotel management takes my feedback seriously and provides training to their staff to improve their customer service skills.
