Best Western Crequi Lyon Part Dieu

Much better than reviews say. The inner courtyard is lovely. Renovated rooms are nice, a bit small. The bed is very good. The location is fantastic, close to center and easy access. Friendly staff.

I was in town for business but very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and how nice this hotel was. Service was above and beyond, and the bathroom / room were spacious with wonderful water pressure in the shower! Would go back!

Quite old and not good working AC. We spend two days in Lyon and stayed at Best Western Créqui Lyon. For a four star hotel there are a couple of flaws. Employees are friendly and helpful, but sometimes do not speak English. This is not an issue, but I expect this from an international chain! Rooms are quite aged, carpet on the floors in the bathrooms is an hygiene issue for me. The worst part was that the air conditioning was not working efficient. It was around 34 degrees and humid outside, and independent of the settings the AC only managed to cool down to maybe 27-28 with still a high humidity. We complained and changed rooms from 4th to 3rd floor. It was slightly better, but came down to round about 26 degrees Celsius. Still too hot for a good sleep. Since we were only there for two nights we did not complain again. Anyway, I, personally cannot recommend to stay there, looking at the price and the given comfort. I and I also will not book it again.
