Best Western Empire Palace Hotel & Spa Special Class

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one day and arrived quite early, but the receptionist kindly found an available room and let us check in right away. Even if a room isn’t ready, they will securely store your large luggage so you can start exploring Istanbul immediately. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was also great. The location is perfect—you can walk to Hagia Sophia, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the tram station. There are lots of shops and restaurants around, and we felt very safe, even at midnight. If you’re sensitive to noise, staying near a mosque or a tram line might not be ideal. But since we’re not bothered by noise, we slept very well. We had a great time chatting with the service staff and would love to stay at this hotel again.
