The service was excellent add friendly. They gave us complimentary drinks at the bar, made recommendations for a.restaurant for our anniversary dinner. There is plenty of shopping in the area. When we returned after a wonderful dinner, there was a special treat waiting in our room. Wonderful experience. Recommend staying there if you’re in Temuco.
For $75 a night price and location, it is considered very good deal. The room is very spacious and clean. Welcome bottle water in the fridge and tea kettle for cup of tea were nice touch. Breakfast was nothing fancy. But did have lots of options. Servers all very polite and friendly. Remember to bring PDI paper from the immigration to enjoy VAT tax free.
Good location with malls within walking distance. Hotel staffs are friendly and attentive. Good service.
