Best Western Hotel Acqua Novella

I like staying at this hotel in Spotorno, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, there's a lovely pool area and there's a lift to bring you down to the beach right in front of the hotel. Breakfast this year was really good, much better than before (thank you, guys, for making it so delicious!)

Ok experience with some flaws. Already communicated this to the hotel. Nice views and nice new rooms in the new wing. Great breakfast. Private beach is pricey with very little discounts for guests - but pool area is good.

There is an e-car charge near this hotel and I needed to recharge my e-car very badly, however were not allowed to do it by the staff of the hotel even though the station was free. ADDITION TO MY COMMENT AFTER THE RESPONSE OF THE HOTEL (see screenshot): Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, thank you for your comment. I appreciate your emotional response. However I have several points regarding it. First: you have to consider your hotel cooperates with a Charge&Fuel App which lists your charge station as a non-restricted and publicly accessible station, which makes it a destination for drivers with e-cars even if they are not your guests. On my kind request to provide me with an access to it your staff had refused even knowing I really needed a charge for the car. It is up to the hotel to clarify the listing of the station on the app. Secondly: I was offended by your comment and would like to kindly ask for your apologies. At the same time I must say, I thought about deleting my review before. But after your offensive comment regarding my brain I leave it posted and will defend my right to review your hotel with a poorly trained staff, which cannot communicate without offending people.
