Best Western Hotel Alexandra

We came from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Travelling a lot I would say all very good. Room perfect 👌.food great.stuff amazing. Thank you and see you in few months.

We were greeted by a young gentleman who spoke good English and was friendly and helpful. We checked into our room with a view of the ocean on a sunny day, and WOW!🤩 I felt like a child on Christmas morning with such a view and a balcony. 😃 We were literally on the seaside and could leave the windows open at night to hear the sounds of the waves gently caressing the soft golden sand. 🌊 ⛱ And the view of the sunset!!!!! 🌅 Couldn't have a better experience for the price. The hotel is currently under renovation, which is understandable that it is not in perfect working order. However, my only regret was the breakfast. For 19 euros per person, the coffee was from a machine and was very bitter and unpleasant. The way that the buffet was organized, was crowded and unpractical. The choices were standard, but the freshness was questionable. There was smoked salmon and ham in a refrigerator, but cut into very small slices. I understand that waste is an issue, but this was strange. The scrambled eggs were decent, but their freshness was questionable. It wasn't bad perse, but at this price, we decided to go to a local cafe the next day to have some real coffee and some fresh, locally baked croissants. I wouldn't mind paying the price for something fresh with quality, but this was not the case.

reservation service = zero... go see elsewhere ?? really?? called many times this evening, rates 10 000/week, but nobody cares...or is willing to help get information regarding animals: time of call: 24/05/25 around 22h... Go thank your low pay emploee for 1week booking loss for many weeks to come !
