I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and the service was excellent! The hotel is on a convenient location and there were enough parking places in the garage or in the street. The room is good equipped and spacious. Nice breakfast and good lounge were we enjoyed an evening drink. I left something in my room when checking out, but it was send to me by post in good condition. As said, excellent service!
Rooms very nice with space to work and large bed ( with single perso room ) Breakfast was great , other hotels in plauen cut a lot on Breakfast . Here was big choice. Only what I would recommend is to add express to coffee ( avaliable filtered only ) would make big change for me ( coffee every day ) Unfortunately 1 star removed for no cleanin of room at 02.05 . After breakfast at 7am I went to work once back nothing was cleaned. Next day 03.05 I had checkout it feels like hotel didn't bother to clean the room due to this. In total recommend definitely best choice in plauen ( been in 3 hotels already)
I've been here twice and both times I got a room by the street. You can hear very loud cars from 5.30-6 am. I was declined a room change twice, so I got a very bad sleep during 4 nights. The second time I asked I was told they only had a room for 45€ more (135). All the rest was good.
