From start to finish, this hotel was perfection! Kind staff even in the late hours, so helpful and willing to try to help us communicate in English. The room was elegant marble and leather and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The morning staff was all so kind and helpful as well and we were so grateful they were pet friendly and allowed us to come when we were so tired and needed a place to rest before driving the rest of our journey. A million thank you’s. 🐈‍⬛

Great hotel with perfect location next to the beach and the the cycle path. Nice clean rooms with and free car parking. Very nice and friendly staff, and the hotel manager is always making sure you are well taken care of. For cyclists this is a perfect location for exploring the amazing Ligurian cycle paradise. Marco the cycling guide has fantastic knowledge, and knows all the great roads of the area.We will visit again soon

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While the room itself was a definite highlight, other aspects fell short of expectations. The room was impeccably clean – a big plus! Fresh towels, spotless surfaces, and comfortable beds created a welcome haven. The staff also deserves praise. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. However, a major disappointment was the pool. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite up to par with what we were expecting. [Provide details about the pool's shortcomings; was it unclean, overcrowded, or lacking in amenities?]. This was a letdown, especially considering it might be a deciding factor for some guests. Another unexpected snag was the absence of a buffet breakfast. While the provided food was ample and tasty – enough to satisfy our hunger – a buffet would have offered more variety and flexibility. The most significant issue, however, was the malfunctioning air conditioning. This was particularly frustrating given that our visit occurred in mid-April, and the temperature outside was a sweltering 28°C. Finding yourself in a hot, stuffy room after paying for air conditioning is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff explained that city regulations prevented them from turning on the A/C until May. While regulations are important, the hotel should be upfront about such limitations, especially when advertising A/C as an amenity and charging guests accordingly. Overall, the clean rooms and friendly staff were definite positives. However, the lack of a functioning A/C during our visit, the absence of a buffet breakfast, and a less-than-ideal pool experience detracted from our enjoyment. If these shortcomings can be addressed, this hotel has the potential to be a much more attractive option for future guests.
