Best Western Hotel Bentleys

Nice hotel located in central Stockholm. The rooms are not that big but clean and you have what you need. They have a huge selection at their breakfast area, lots of good things to choose between. The staff was very polite. Good choice to choose if you need to stay a couple of days on Stockholm

We had a nice stay at this hotel over the weekend. Overall, our experience was good. Rooms were clean and well furnished. The breakfast was okay — nothing special, but it did the job. The location was great, right on a shopping street and about a 10-minute walk to the train station and city center. Our room faced the hotel’s internal courtyard with a closed ceiling, so there was no fresh air, but luckily a ventilator was provided. A few small things could have improved the stay: a minibar in the room would’ve been nice, and the power outlets weren’t easy to reach. Also, there are a few steps at the entrance, which can be tricky when carrying large or heavy luggage.

Very small room, could hardly fit more than one bag and it’s contents without tripping over something in the room. A smarter and modern storage layout is needed in small rooms like these. Bathroom smelled like the shower drain needed cleaning. Both the room and bathroom were way to warm, so don’t expect to sleep well unless you like it hot and no fresh air. The windows faced the big artrium which was, if possible, even warmer. The glass roof over it needs to be opened so the hot air can be vented out. You can open the windows to the artrium to try and let some fresh air in but you’ll wake up too early 7-ish due to noise from the breakfast service. Not what you need after a night with bad sleep due to too warm of a room. A fan with too short power cord was supplied but helped very little if anything at all. Also power outlets were too few and weirdly placed. This hotel badly needs to rework their ventilation and install AC. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and service minded. Location is excellent in the more quaint end of Drottninggatan. Adding that I would stay here again for sure but I’d book a bigger room and in a cooler month.
