Best Western Hotel Convita

We booked a family room about one week in advance for €105 for one night, two adults, two kids. For the price the hotel far exceeded our expectations. On arrival the reception was not manned but a friendly and welcoming member of staff quickly arrived and had us checked in and on our way to our room in no time. We expected a double bed and sofa bed but received a suite with two double bedrooms, large bathroom and a conference/meeting room for 12 to boot! The place was impeccably clean and well maintained even if the decor in the reception area is rather 90's German kitcsh. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but restaurant and bar service is available. The only downside to the convenient location is that there is road noise even with the shutters down and the windows closed. Netto and Aldo supermarkets are close by as is a Shell petrol station with shop, Starbucks and Burger King attached.

Well located and comfort rooms Good for 1-2 nights

The positiv things about the hotel is...... Very friendly staff. If you have questions or need help, they're helping you as best and as soon as they can. The breakfast variety is good. I think everybody could find something. Depending on where your room is, it could be louder at night because of the main road or highway close by. But strangely it wasn't a big problem because normally everything has to be quiet or dark. So while my room was to the main road, the noise was not that loud for me. What I disliked was...... The not soooo clean room. I killed a spider (sorry) and still a day later it was still there. Missing hairs etc. The refrigerator was not working throughout my stay. While everybody was very helpful some missed information like for example the night entrance I only got two days later. The breakfast was open at 6.30 am but still some stuff was missing in the beginning. If it's starting at 6.30 am, honestly I want that variety to choose from. All together it was still a good business stay at the hotel.
