Best Western Hotel Corsi

We ended up spending five nights here while waiting for our flight and were genuinely impressed. The rooms are fresh, modern, and spotless; housekeeping kept everything looking brand-new the whole stay. Beds are comfy, showers have great water pressure. What really stood out, though, was the staff every person we met, from reception to the restaurant, was warm, quick to help, and seemed to care that we were having a good time. It felt more like staying with friends than at a chain hotel. Small note for management: the shuttle to the two nearby train stations (the small one five minutes away and the larger main station a bit farther) runs €15–20 each way, which feels steep for such short rides especially in a location where guests don’t have many other transport options. A quick look at that pricing could make an already excellent stay even better. Bottom line: fantastic hotel, top-notch team, and I’ll happily book here again and recommend it to anyone heading to the area.

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to write about Hotel Corsi because its overall rating is a sum greater than its parts. We first visited the hotel one year ago and selected it mostly due to its easy access to Fiumicino airport. We were welcomed by a very friendly and accommodating front desk staff who pointed us to the sublime Osteria di Maccarese for our last dinner of our Italy trip. It was the best meal of them all. So the hotel’s proximity to the airport is not all there is to the location… The rooms are clean and efficient, the mattresses are firm and just like I prefer. The shower has very good water pressure. The breakfast is really exceptional. The variety and quality of the food offered is going to impress anyone. But all these very good things are even made better by the fact that this hotel is owned and managed by wonderful people. Vincenzo and his wife (whose name I unfortunately did not learn) are warm and welcoming not because their professional role dictates it but in a very genuine way. I returned this year upon arrival in Italy and have vowed to return each time I am close. As to the location behind a gas station that just doesn’t affect the experience at all. It is actually interesting that the hotel organically grew from this gas station to a restaurant at one point to the remodeled hotel it is today. The large blown up photographs from the 50s or 60s that decorate the lobby and the breakfast area illustrate its charming history. All summed up Hotel Corsi is great.

Very nice service. Great lobby and common area to hang out or work, comfortable. Very clean. Nice breakfast, all cakes made on premise, Excellent cappuccino. Nice room, small but very clean. Good for an overnight stop, not much of a town, a travel thru.
