The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi offer views of a beautiful garden. The common areas are warm and inviting, making you feel right at home. We really enjoyed both breakfast and dinner; a special mention goes to Alejandro at the restaurant, who provided outstanding service and made us feel truly welcome.
Great holiday - the staff were very friendly, with the rooms and facilities top class. Used the pool, sauna, and steam room which were all readily available. Top class breakfast, recommend the full English, sets you up for day. Lovely patio area for warm summers evenings. The walk from town is a bit of a push but manageable.
We have recently returned from having our wedding at the De Havelet hotel and we cannot thank the hotel management and staff enough for all the help and level of service they provided us throughout our stay. We would highly recommend the De Havelet hotel for a stay in Guernsey or for anyone else looking for a fabulous location for their wedding.
