Perfect location, you can park your car in the hotel and take the tram to Basel. or just walk accross the Rhine to France. Family room had enough space for everbody, breakfast was quite expensive (20 eur per person), maybe because we ordered it in the morning. In the night there was some noise if you keep window open, looks like it was coming either from the Mall itself or from the port fascilities on Rhein. The only serious complain are carpets, they definitely require some cleaning or refresh or just removal.
Does not offer what it promises. Beds both in the 4 and 3 star hotel are very uncomfortable. Cheap bedding, body and hair wash in bathroom of cheap quality, toilets are not properly cleaned with yellow stains, no aircondition in the 3 stars hotel. Breakfast ist okay but the quality again is rather low and the coffee is horrible.
They say it has 4 stars. But not ture!!!. The service of the room was not compatible with 4 starts hotel!. Parking good. Food ok. Service not ok. I give them 2.5 stars. Yhey can be peter or make it cheaper!
