The hotel leaves nothing to be desired, the burg, however, is just that...close to Erfurt yet in the middle of nowhere the hotel is the only place buzzing with some life, be it the restaurant or the bar. It was a pleasant stay. This is all that counts.
Hotel is out of the city on a great location for relaxing. Hospitality wae super cool, nice breakfast and so on… Will come back if I can.
Staff don't have really time to greet guests, not even smile, whereas they expect guest must do that. Rooms and breakfast was super. Dinner was absolute disaster, over cooked food was served, service staffs was not so pleasing to greet their guest. Nothing was cooked in the kitchen for buffet dinner, it seams they bought it cheap frozen stuff from Edeka, Rewe or Lidl and made it warm in the kitchen to serve their guest. Everyone was eating in the dinner room but was commenting really bad, what to do they must eat because they were hungry. Bad expressions. They must improve the quality of food they serve to paid guests, even though it cost Euro 25. Didn't expected from Best western standards.
