Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan

Impressive luxury hotel, did not even expect that much. The rooms are super clean, bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is flawless witout being annoying, service is top quality and breakfast has lots of options including custom brewed coffees or croissant chocolate filling machine. Conveniently close to the public transportation to visit the city center, only goid things to say.

I really enjoyed my stay and I'd happily return. The staff have been absolutely amazing, friendly, smiling... They deserve all my respect and gratitude. Spa is small but cozy. Breakfast is ok: nothing really stands out but for 10€ you can eat as much as you like. Bar / restaurant is on a "strict" schedule so forget about snacking or drinking at some random time. I basically ordered delivery food or went out, the sushi across the street is decent, there is also a roadhouse close by if you like meat and a conad supermarket for whatever else you'd need. They do provide smoking room 🚬!

NEVER AND EVER AGAIN ON THIS HOTEL... Hotel is located very far from Milan' center and also Navigli. Hotel manager and staff are very rude and also tricky. Room was terrible cold when we entered and it is not possbile to change it from room. Water temperature always changes while taking a shower. I found a short hair inside the coffe cup they serve. Unfortunatelly i realized it until it came to my mouth. I was almost vomiting.. Anything i touched in the room was dirty and old. I don't understand how this facility can have Best Western name with this terrible low service. I will never stay in this hotel again. Pay a bit more and stay another facility. I also will report them to Best Western headquarter.. This facility works againts to their reputation...
