Awesome customer service, checking in was in 5 minutes. Awesome location, lots of restaurants around the hotel and it has free parking garage. The scenery from the room is superb. The hotel is located around 30 to 40 minutes from the airport due to traffic congestion not because of the distance. Always make sure you have calculated the time for traffic if you are going to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable with free breakfast.
This place is ok. The smell of smoke is unfortunately a bit everywhere and the cleaning service wasn’t great. Kinda dated interior and not so comfy beds but ok for the price.
Place is old, run down with very weak customer service, and clueless effective consideration. Careless penmanship required return to front desk for assistance. Clerk poorly noted room number what looked like the number 8 and was supposed to be a number 9. Really, let's get the users' manual out and revisit the section on customer service. When asking about nearby laundry, a mumbled statement, it's on the other side of town. Google was a help with full service laundry two blocks away. Maybe this place has so few patrons that appreciate a full service hotel in Rome Italy
