We've just left after a 2 night stay as a family of 4. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, rooms were lovely and spacious, breakfast was fabulous. Overall, a very calm and relaxed feel to the hotel. We visited Disneyland on day 2 of our stay which is about 40 minutes away. It was nice to return to calm after a very busy day! The use of the pool, hot and cold tub and sauna is also included and a nice addition to the hotel. Would recommend!
The hotel is located outside the downtown of Château Therrie! You can drive to the downtown easily and there is ample parking. It has nice views since it is on a hill , and has been renovated recently, but still lacking cleanliness and some of the room features were not present or were not new. The balcony is a plus. The staff is ok .
Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Service is absolutely ridiculous. My grandma is 85 yo and makes better breakfast. We asked directions for where we could eat past 9:00 o’clock and we were told that McDonald’s is closed at chateau Thierry! In fact it is opened until 01:00am.
